Chelsea summer arrival Tiemoue Bkayoko has impressed so far for the Premier League holding champions, since he completed his move to the west London club from Monaco in the summer. However, manager Antonio Conte admitted that the French midfielder must improve before being a regular starter. “We did the same with N’Golo when he arrived here,” said Conte. “If you remember he was very, very good without the ball, to win the ball, to recover the ball. “Now I think you can see a complete player with the ball [and] without the ball. Now he’s becoming better with the ball, N’Golo. “We want to work in the same way to have this process with Baka. This will be very important for him and for the team. “Baka without the ball is a really strong player, a physical player. You can feel him during the game. I think he can improve a lot with the ball.” Bakayoko has made two consecutive starts recently, in the 4-0 win against Stoke City playing the full 90 minutes, and in the 2-1 victory against Atletico Madrid in midweek. He looks very comfortable playing alongside Kante and the video below of their highlights proves Conte may have found the perfect midfield partnership.
