Chelsea transfer news: One possible way Chelsea could line up with new signings and keep Eden Hazard happy

Chelsea could lose their best player if top quality signings are not made in the summer.

Asked about his future, Eden Hazard said: “It’s a big decision, that’s why I’m taking my time... but one thing for sure is I’m happy here.

“I’m waiting for new players next season. We will see.

“I want good players, I want to win the Premier League next season."

Below is the starting XI that beat Liverpool 1-0 at Stamford Bridge on 6 May.
The highly-rated and respected Napolimanager, Maurizio Sarri, has been linked with the Stamford Bridge job.

His exciting side have wowed many fans this season in a 4-3-3 formation and the team below is definitely one which would convince Eden Hazard to stay put and challenge for the Premier League title again.
GOALKEEPER
Thibaut Courtois has been linked with a move away from the club, but

DEFENCE
In 2016/17, Chelsea’s defence seemed impenetrable, but you simply cannot say that about the back line this season. Kalidou Koulibaly, the 26-year-old Napoli centre-back, is one of the most wanted defenders in the world and would be a statement signing for anyone this summer. The club have also been linked with Hazard's Belgium team-mate Toby Alderweireld of Tottenham.

MIDFIELD
Jean Seri of Nice could bring a composed presence to the Chelsea midfield, which sacrificed possession far too often in the second half of the season. The 26-year-old is also not afraid to carry the ball forward and collected seven assists in Ligue 1 this term. Ruben Loftus-Cheek spent this season on loan at at Crystal Palace and despite being fraught with injury, the 22-year-old did show his quality in patches to do enough to bag a seat on the England plane to Russia. Hazard won’t want to see him become another Mo Salah or Kevin De Bruyne. Lyon's Nabil Fekir has also been linked.

ATTACK
Bayer Leverkusen's Leon Bailey is a skilful and quick winger who utilises his pace to take defenders on in a similarly effective fashion to a younger Hazard. The 20-year-old has scored 12 goals and recorded six assists this season. Meanwhile, if Sarri does get the job he has been linked with Juventus' Gonzalo Higuain, with reports suggesting Alvaro Morata could swap places with the Argentine and return to Turin. Higuain, 30, didn’t have his best season by his usual high standards, but still scored 23 goals and is a force to be reckoned with. Under Sarri at Napoli, the striker hit the back of the net 36 times in just 35 league games in the 2015/16 season.
